1. This is a website built for fun, the ownership of concepts is not legally binding. All concepts still belong to their original creators.

2. All concepts in the global library are free to grab by anyone. If a concept you have in your private library gets uploaded to the global library by another user, that is fair game, and you have the option to nudge the user to take it down, or ask an admin for help if you think the upload was intentional.

3. The owner of a concept retains the right to the removal from the global library, unless the owner is bypassed by an admin with a valid reason.

4. By uploading concepts you agree to share them under the terms of this website.

5. Since this site is a direct connection to the ChaoticThinkers Discord server, everyone attending Think Tank should already be 18 years of age to use this site.

6. By using this site you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and comply with all applicable laws surrounding nudity.

7. If you are not 18 years of age or older please contact an admin for help.

8. By agreeing to the these terms, you are allowed to upload/search for nudity/gooner concepts. When doing so please check the nudity box when uploading for proper organization.

9. The private and global chats are meant for fun, not harrasing people that upload your concept, or any other reason.

10. Use this gallery for collaboration, not abuse or scraping.

11. Violating these terms may result in account suspension or other actions as deemed necessary by the site administrators, both on the website and the associated Discord server.

12. Any suggestions for the website can be submitted to the site administrators for consideration.

13. It is recommended that if you upload your most valuable concepts here for organization, you should keep a backup in case of data loss or accidental deletion.

14. Remember to have fun and respect others while using this site. We may be called Chaotic but we value a positive and inclusive community.

15. ArtStation the icon is just a joke please don't sue us. Thank you.

Privacy

This privacy draft is temporary and will be refined later. For now, the intent is to clearly state what this site does and does not do with user information.

We do not currently sell personal data, rent personal data, or use this site to build advertising profiles.

We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or analytics tools on this page to profile user behavior for marketing purposes.

Because this site uses Discord login and community features, limited account-related information may still be processed as needed to let the site function, such as your Discord user ID, username, avatar, login session, uploads, suggestions, messages, and collaborative-space activity.

This information is only intended to support core site features, moderation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and keeping the gallery usable for members of the community.

Data collection

We currently describe this service as collecting only the minimum information needed to operate the gallery and its related community features.

That may include account identifiers supplied through Discord authentication, content that users submit themselves, technical logs needed for security or debugging, and records required to make collaborative, moderation, import, suggestion, chat, and notification features work correctly.

We do not currently claim to collect sensitive personal data beyond what users voluntarily provide through normal site usage.

We do not currently claim to use collected data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial resale.
